Although the above is our area of service, we do sometimes provide services outside of that. Reach out to us with your location and what you are interested in and we will get back to you with an answer.
In this case, we can work out a location which is within the 50 km radius and meet in between, or we can deliver it to your location with an additional delivery fee.
The location also has to be within 50 kms of our warehouse, which is located in Northwest of Surrey
This is because our store is set up to automatically not allow orders placed on our heavy items outside of the 50 km radius.
In this case, reach out to us with your location and what you are interested in and we can manually place the order for you.
Our service is fast as same day. We typically complete delivery or Canada wide shipping within 24 hours.
Our record currently is 2 hours from point of order until completed delivery. We always aim to do better than that.
Yes, most of our products are set up to be shipping Canada wide, including our Store and Gift Boxes.
An exception is heavier and hard to handle items like cargo boxes, which we only deliver within 50 km of our warehouse in Surrey, British Columbia.
We do not have shipping fees for orders above $50 before taxes.
We also have fast shipping via Canada post. The shipping cost for those is automatically calculated at checkout.
Unfortunately not. We will require full payment for rentals and 20% deposit prior to processing the reservation or order.
You are welcome to pay in any form including cards, etransfers, or Apple pay / Google pay.
To keep our costs low and maximize your savings, we don’t yet have a fancy showroom or customer facing store.
In most cases we are not able to allow customers within our facilities. But you are welcome to accept curbside pickup or inspection of our pre owned items.
In the case where you are far and cannot visit the store, we provide all pictures or videos requested for you to make an informed decision.
In the case that you would like to visit in person, we can accommodate and have a curbside showing of our pre owned equipment. Unfortunately no visitors allowed inside of our facility.
