Adventure Outdoors x Waterfront Holistic Health‘s Foraging Workshops are led by highly dedicated foraging instructors who will take you on a 90-minute walk in North Vancouver and Burnaby parks. Topics covered are identifying wild plants and their uses, risks, and benefits. You will learn about plant life around Vancouver and BC, and how to harvest and prepare certain plants.
Starting at North Vancouver’s Princess Park or Burnaby’s Deer Lake Park, the tour is led by a highly trained professional who specializes in plants and nature exploration. It is one of the many fantastic things to do around Vancouver every season.

Unfortunately not. This is because our fantastic tour guides need time and resources to prepare for a set number of people, this way we can make it as intimate and unforgettable as possible. And there’s no exception to this rule, thank you for your understanding.

No. It is illigal to forage in the parks we’ve selected, and unsafe due to the foot traffic in the area.

Although we do not currently offer shuttle services, we can arrange a pre paid uber ride to and from the tour location.
