The Roofnest Falcon 3 EVO Air Hardshell Rooftop Tent is a two-person clamshell tent with an 8-inch closed profile, 130 lb stated product weight and an 80 × 47-inch sleeping area. Its Rest EZ Sleep System, blackout poly-cotton canvas, internal bedding storage, telescoping ladder and dimmable LED lighting create a comfortable low-profile camping setup.

The Falcon 3 EVO Air Hardshell Rooftop Tent combines a compact clamshell design with a spacious two-person interior measuring 80 inches long by 47 inches wide. Its Rooftex PC/ABS top shell, aluminum frame and side rails, 280 GSM poly-cotton blackout canvas, and low 8-inch closed profile provide a streamlined rooftop camping system weighing 130 pounds.

Inside, the Rest EZ Sleep System includes a 2-inch self-inflating mattress, bamboo sheet set, and camp blanket, while integrated bedding storage helps reduce setup and packing time. A 7.5-foot telescoping ladder, two dimmable USB-powered LED light strips, detachable gear pockets, accessory channels, and compatible crossbar and Awnex accessories support comfortable vehicle camping and overland travel.

  • Brand New – a brand new and sealed item. Manufacturer's warranty applies.
  • Open Box – a new item that has been opened, but has never been used before with less than 5% cosmetic imperfection. This includes demo models and unused customer returns. Manufacturer's warranty applies.
  • Like-New – an item that has been previously used, in new working condition, and contains 6-40% cosmetic imperfections. 1 Month warranty and 7 days exchange applies.
  • Good – an item that is in working condition without any functional defects, with cosmetic imperfections that are between 41%-75%. This includes items which have been previously repaired. 1 Month warranty and 7 days exchange applies.
  • Fair – an item that is in working condition without significant functional defects, with cosmetic imperfections that are 76% or more. This includes items which have been previously repaired. 1 Month warranty and 7 days exchange applies.

*NOTE: Our Used items come from previous owners and sometimes miss small, non-essential parts (like lock hole covers for roofracks). We always check that the main parts work properly and replace anything we have in stock (like straps for kayak racks). Feel free to reach out if you’d like to confirm what’s included before you order!

How long do Pre-Orders take to ship?

Our goal is always to fulfill any order within 24 hours, which means we will make every attempt at getting the item shipped within that time frame.

We cannot guarantee a date since used items can take time to aquire. Don’t worry, one of us will be in touch with every step of the way. We sometimes even give loaners until we find the right item for you. Reach out and we can confirm your requirements.

Be advised of the following when placing a pre order:

  • There is a 25% cancellation fee for pre orders due to the hard work that our staff put into attempting to fill your order in the background.
  • You can always switch your choice to a new one if it’s taking too long.

Is the Pre-Order refundable?

Yes it is, and here are the terms.

  • All Pre Order cancellations are subject to 25% fee of the total (after tax) due to the extensive costs incurred throughout the process of filling your order.
  • Any Pre Orders placed by accident are subject to a 5% cancellation fee if notified within 1 hour of order placed. Otherwise 25% fee applies as mentioned above.

What is your warranty?

Given that our store sells New, Open Box, Like-New, Renewed, Good, Fair, and AS-IS Condition items, our warranty varies greatly between each item from 7 days to Limited Lifetime Warranty (Manufacturer’s Warranty in most cases).

Generally, our used items carry a 30 day warranty (except AS-IS) and our new ones vary from 1 Year to Manufacturer’s Warranty (i.e. Lifetime Warranty).

Which cities do you provide Same-Day Delivery to?

Although we ship Canada-wide for most of our items, we typically provide hand delivery and pick up services within the Lower Mainland and Greater Vancouver Area, which includes the following:

  • West Vancouver
  • North Vancouver
  • Vancouver
  • Burnaby
  • Richmond
  • New Westminster
  • Coquitlam
  • Surrey
  • Langley
  • Maple Ridge
  • Abbotsford
  • Mission
  • Chilliwack

Although the above is our area of service, we do sometimes provide services outside of that. Reach out to us with your location and what you are interested in and we will get back to you with an answer.

Is it necessary for someone to be home to accept the package?

Although we follow the instructions you set during your order, we recommed someone accept the delivery to inspect condition of used items, since many of our items sold are previously used.

We can also do curbside or porch delivery.

What does Same-Day Delivery mean?

On qualified items, we provide delivery within 24 hours of the order being placed.

Do you provide shipping to other provinces?

Yes, we ship Canada wide on most of our items, so go ahead, give the gift of outdoors!

Do you accept cash?

We typically do not accept cash as payment methods. We are proudly a paperless business.

The good news is, we accept EMT or etransfers to care@adventure-outdoors.ca.

Can I request pictures of used items before I place an order?

Yes, we will be more than happy to provide pictures from any angles before you make a decision when time permits.

Do you offer curbside pickup?

Absolutely. Our pick up is the fastest option to receive your items, and it is completely free for all orders.

Can I place a deposit on an item to put it on hold?

Yes, you can place a USED item on hold to view the condition before making your final decision with 10% deposit via EMT etransfer.

It is fully refundable within 48 hours, and non-refundable after. But you can still use it to buy another product from us instead.

We have a cool business model to cut the costs for us and pass the savings to you.

  • We cut out fancy packaging and adopted simple and reusable packaging.
  • We accept trade ins or buy outdoor equipment from our patrons to reduce waste and recondition them to meet our high retail standards.
