There’s no need to reach out for updates; rest assured, we’ll contact you as soon as there’s progress.

If you prefer to get your gear sooner, we can offer brand-new or open-box alternatives that ship within just 1–2 business days.

How Does Our Pre-Order Process Work?

Order & Confirm

After you place your pre-order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Your order is officially in our system and sourcing begins immediately.

Sourcing & Updates

Our sourcing team works to locate your items through our partner network. We’ll provide updates along the way so you know where things stand.

Need It Sooner?

If your adventure can’t wait, simply reply to any update email. We’ll send you a discounted quote for similar, brand-new or open-box items that typically ship within 1–2 business days.

Shipping Notification

Once your pre-order is secured and ready to ship, we’ll send a tracking link directly to your inbox.

What Happens If Sourcing Takes Longer Than Expected?

Pre-orders are subject to a 25% early cancellation fee to help cover sourcing time and processing costs.

However, if we’re unable to fulfill your order within 3 months, we’ll waive that fee and provide one of the following options:
