Is There A Pick Up Or Delivery Fee?
Depends on the item. For heavier items that are hard to handle, we charge a small flat fee per delivery and pick-up, which varies based on gas prices.
That said, we do often make exceptions if you are on our way to another delivery.
How Long Does The Appraisal Stand?
Because the used market always shifts rapidly, our trade values are valid for 48 hours only.
Is The Appraisal Value Firm?
Our appraisal value is subject to change on the final in-person inspection of the item from our experienced staff.
If the condition is the same as in the appraisal form and pictures, your value will stand. If the condition is any different, you may receive more or less depending on your items condition.
What Is Fair Market Value?
FMV is the price at which a piece of property would exchange hands between a willing buyer and a willing seller, neither of whom was under any pressure to buy or sell, and both of whom had reasonable knowledge of all material facts.
