Roof Cargo Box FAQ
What is your cancellation policy?
Anytime before 7 days of your booking, you receive a full refund; between 48 hours to 7 days you good eveningt 50% refund.
Due to limited stock and high demand, there is no refund within 48 hours of your booking.
Do I Need Any Car Attachments To Mount The Cargo Boxes?
No, our all inclusive rental service includes the only car attachment you need for our roof boxes which is called roof bars or roof racks. We rent those out too.
What Is The Difference Between Your Essential And Premium Cargo Box Rental?
Although they both serve the same purpose, with Essential you are sure to get a box from brands like Adventure Outdoors and SportRack, whereas the Premium you receive boxes from brands like Thule and Yakima.
What Kind Of Cargo Boxes Do You Use?
We only use new or like-new brand name equipment like Adventure Outdoors and SportRack items and accessories. Further, we have all sizes of boxes, including Medium, Large, Extra Large, and Alpine boxes.
How Far Do You Deliver?
We deliver anywhere within 50 kms of our warehouse in Surrey. We also pick it up from the same location too!
We try our best to deliver and pick up the items at your convenient location, so please be sure to provide the exact address we would be meeting in during your checkout.
How Do I Book For Same Day Rental?
Our online booking service stops taking reservations for same day bookings. If you need a rental withthin 24 hours of pickup, please call/text 778-957-3448 to confirm availability, meet time, and location.
Is There A Deposit Required?
No deposit required, however we do place a credit card on file, much like a car rental or hotel system to reduce theft and promote safe handling of our equipment. Any damage or theft will result in your credit card being charged.
Is There A Rental Delivery Or Pick Up Fee?
We charge a small flat fee per delivery and pick-up, which varies based on gas prices. That said, we do often make exceptions if you are on our way to another delivery.
What Is The Minimum Age For Booking And Use?
Our patrons are expected to be at least 18 years old to book our rentals. Otherwise they must be accompanied and supervised by a parent/ guardian at all times.
Do I Get Instructions Or Demonstration On How To Use The Equipment?
Yes, most of our demos can soon be found online on our YouTube channel or other YT videos which you can watch and rewatch at your own convenience.
You will also receive the PDF instructions manual and how-to-use video emailed to you after your completed booking.
Can I Pay In Person?
No, all bookings must be paid for upon booking confirmation.
We do not take cash as payment method for bookings since we are a paperless business. The good news is that we can take etransfer and any card, including Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Is There A Waiver Form?
Yes, we have specific waiver forms for each equipment. You must be at least 18 years old to sign the documents.
The documents will be sent out with the booking confirmation email.
Is There Installation Or Full Service Available?
Yes, we have full service installation available for all of our heavy and hard to handle equipment, including cargo boxes, roof racks, bike carriers, and cargo baskets. We can even drop it off too.
