Stand Up Paddleboard FAQ

Anytime before 24 hours of your booking, you receive a full refund. Due to limited stock and high demand, there is no refund within 24 hours of your booking.

We only use new or like-new in house SUP and accessories. All our paddleboards are reinforced and double stitched for durable and stable performance. We use inflatable SUP exclusively to enable more of outdoors with easy carry and use features.

Our boards also feature optional kayak seats to enable those that prefer a sitting posture.

Although beachwear is fine, we recommend the following items to take with you and put on:

• Lifejacket at all times
• Sunscreen
• AT LEAST 1 Litre of water
• Hat
• Waterproof phone pouch
• Long sleeve shirt
• Small backpack to hold all of the items
• Snacks (ones that don’t melt under the sun, like fruits and nuts)

Absolutely not! Like any activity, there’s always a first. Our boards have an easy to learn system which equips you with all of the basic skills you need to have fun on your first try.

We know you will be sure to crave paddleboarding often once you give it a try first.

We deliver anywhere within 50 kms of our warehouse in Surrey. We also pick it up from the same location too!

We try our best to deliver and pick up the items at your convenient location, so please be sure to provide the exact address we would be meeting in.

Our online booking service stops taking reservations for same day bookings. If you need a rental sooner than 24 hours, please call/text 778-957-3448 to confirm availability, meet time, and location.

No deposit required, however we do have a pre-authorised debit policy, much like a car rental or hotel system to reduce theft and promote safe handling of our equipment.

We charge a small flat fee per delivery and pick-up, which varies based on gas prices. That said, we do often make exceptions if you are on our way to another delivery.

Our patrons are expected to be at least 18 years old to book our rentals. Otherwise they must be accompanied and supervised by a parent/ guardian at all times.

Yes, most of our demos can soon be found online on our YouTube channel which you can watch and rewatch at your own convenience.

You will also receive the PDF instructions manual and how-to-use video emailed to you after your completed booking.

No, all bookings must be paid for upon booking confirmation.

We do not take cash as payment method for bookings since we are a paperless business. The good news is that we can take etransfer and any card, including Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Yes, we have specific waiver forms for each equipment. You must be at least 18 years old to sign the documents.

The documents will be sent out with the booking confirmation email.

Yes, we have full service installation available for all of our heavy and hard to handle equipment, including cargo boxes, roof racks, bike carriers, and cargo baskets. We can even drop it off too.

Yes, with our custom group service, we are able to meet you at a location and provide full service. This includes the delivery, inflating, and deflating.

You simply arrive to the beach with your group, pick up your SUP, enjoy yourself, and then drop it off where you got it from. Contact us to get an estimate.
