Can We Pay At The Time Of The Tour?
Unfortunately not. This is because our fantastic tour guides need time and resources to prepare for a set number of people ahead of time, this way we can make the event as intimate and unforgettable as possible. And there’s no exception to this rule, thank you for your understanding.
Do You Provide Private And Commercial Tours?
Yes, we certainly do. We can create a complete itinerary from scratch with our top exclusive recommendations and legal permits.
All you have to do is sit back, relax, and show up. We’ll do the rest.
Where Do We Meet For The Tours?
Once you’ve booked your tour through our fast and easy self-guided checkout system, you will be sent instructions on the next steps.
Don’t stress it, it will be a quick step by step prompts and you’re done.
Is There A Pickup And Drop Off Service?
Although we do not currently offer shuttle services, we can arrange a pre paid uber ride to and from the tour location.
But given our limited budgets because of our low prices, we will have to pre charge you for the trip total amount which we can bill on your credit card. Nice, easy, and a win-win for us all.
Are There Public Bathrooms On Site?
Yes… to more than 90% of our sites. Depending on the tour, there may not be access for extended periods of time, but we will communicate these details prior to your arrival. Just in case, be sure to empty those bladders before you join us.
What Should I Wear And Pack?
This is tough to answer for us because of the wide range of tours that we offer and the everchanging weather conditions, but there are seasonal and activity differences. Visit each page of our tours to discover the the clothing and packlist suggestions.
Is Food Provided?
We know that our tours could be a very light exercise, so we do carry refreshments. Unfortunately no meals.
What Do You Get With The Booking?
The ones led by Adventure Outdoors, you get snacks, water, and an unforgettably unique experience.
What Is The Minimum Age For Booking And Use?
Our patrons are expected to be at least 18 years old to book tours led by Adventure Outdoors tours. Otherwise they must be accompanied and supervised by a parent/ guardian at all times. Given the age-related increased inherent risks, no children below 12 years of age are allowed.

What Is Your Cancellation Policy?
Based on our policy, you are welcome to cancel anytime before 48 hours for a full refund on our tours led by Adventure Outdoors.

Do You Take Cash?
No, we do not take cash as payment method for bookings since our bookings are done online only.
The good news is that we can take any card, including Apple Pay, Google Pay, and E-transfer.
